In 2018, two local families decided  that they wanted to build a car wash near the Fruitland junction and Highway 95 to support the local communities of Fruitland, Payette, New Plymouth, Ontario, and Weiser.

Jason Eiguren and Ryan Holt decided that the area would be a great place for a new Express tunnel car wash. The plan was always to bring some industry and services to the area while providing new jobs for local families. They wanted to make the car wash fit the small community and rural profile, hence the name and western theme. the car wash is now open for local families and businesses to enjoy.
